Chocolate peanut butter protein shake

Delicious for breakfast or as a snack to satisfy your sweet tooth

This is my go-to afternoon pick me up. It satisfies my hunger when I'm starting to think about dinner but it's only 4 pm!
I find protein powder to be very sweet, so here I am using half a serving (my protein powder is 2 scoops per serving) and increasing the protein while reducing the sweetness by adding peanut butter. I'm also a huge chocolate & peanut butter fan so this is perfect for my sweet tooth! To make it even more like a milkshake than a smoothie, try using a frozen banana.
Ingredients:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or half serving size)
1 tbsp peanut butter
250 ml (1 cup) hazelnut or other plant based milk
1 banana
Method:
Blend ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately!
Serves 1
